Many also swear by zeolite, which remove metals and toxins from water and from within the body, and raw organic apple cider vinegar.Personally I am big on the use of drinking raw organic apple cider vinegar at least 2 times a day.

Troy Lessard About the "melatonin" supplementation as mentioned above. We all need about 3 to 9 milligram dosage taken about 20 minutes before bedtime.The amount needed can very from day to day and from person to person.*Note 1.It is important to cycle(example 3 weeks on, 1 week off) taking this supplement becasue our bodies will adapt and temporarily stop production if its taken for a long of a period of time.Also do not buy the time released melatonin as it is full of nasty buffers and coagulants that can't be good for us.
