The importance of the detoxification of the pineal gland is he, even though you might not be aware of it.

This little gland is located in the middle of the brain, and its function is related to our physical and mental well-being, due to which it is often called “the third eye”.

Unfortunately, this gland is bombarded with numerous toxins due to the modern lifestyles we lead, the unhealthy foods we consume, and the stress we are daily exposed to. Therefore, it becomes hardened, calcified, and its function is impeded.

However, if you detoxify it, you will restore its function completely.

The pineal gland has the size of a pea and is located in the center of the brain. Its shape is similar to a small Pinecone. Its role is to secrete Melatonin, a chemical whose function is to regulate our sleeping patterns.

Yet, this strong antioxidant also slows down aging. Additionally, the pineal gland also secretes another hormone, serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter which maintains a balance of the mind and keeps us happy.

Scientists have still not confirmed this, but people claim that melatonin supplements create elevated feelings of empathy. Also, it has been hypothesized that the pineal gland produces DMT, a chemical linked to creativity, dreams, and hallucination. This explains its nickname “Third Eye”.

DECALCIFY THE PINEAL GLAND

The pineal gland gets calcified as a result of the accumulation of toxins. The main culprit is Sodium Fluoride, which is found in most drinking water, and many kinds of toothpaste. Other causes of calcification of the pineal gland include:



  • Refined sugar
  • Most processed foods
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine
  • Dietary hormones
  • Mercury (found in most fish)

YET, THESE ARE THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAYS TO DETOXIFY THE PINEAL GLAND:

ACTIVATOR X (VITAMIN K1/K2)

This vitamin is manifested in two ways- K1 and K2. The first one is found in green leafy vegetables, while K2 is created by microflora in the intestines, and is found in foods like eggs yolks, chicken or goose livers, dairy from organically reared cows, fish roe, sauerkraut, fish oils (omega 3), and shellfish.



In a combination with vitamins A and D3, it eliminates calcium from arteries and the pineal gland and transfers it into the bones instead.

IODINE

Boron is another potent pineal gland detoxifier, and It removes fluoride from the body system, preventing further calcification.

DISTILLED WATER

Distilled water is the purest water form, so it washes away toxins and calcium deposits. Yet, make sure you also consume minerals during this method.

TAMARIND

Tamarind is commonly used in the Ayurveda, and it is made from the bark of the Tamarind Tree. It effectively eliminates fluoride through the urine.

Tamarind is often added to some curries for its sweet/sour flavor and used in the preparation of teas and tinctures by steeping in hot water for 2/3 minutes.

The health of the pineal gland is of high importance for the overall health, as it improves the feelings of well-being and the sleep patterns.

You should perform a 4-5 day detox to cleanse it and support its function and make sure you reduce the intake of fluoride as much as possible.

Hmmm...very interesting. I wonder how I stack up?

  • Refined sugar - Yes, but cutting way back.
  • Most processed foods - Yes a little, but mostly organic now
  • Alcohol - Yes, but also on the decrease
  • Caffeine - Damn straight!!
  • Dietary hormones - WTF are these and why would you.
  • Mercury (found in most fish) - And in my teeth
  • Tobacco - Not me

And on the positive:

  • Garlic - All the time
  • Activator X - Sounds like an app, but yes, lots of these goodies
  • Iodine - Yes, from time to time as needed
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - F**k yes! Great stuff!
  • Distilled water - All the time...I can hear our distiller running in the background as I type
  • Non-Fluoridated water (distilled and ozonated rain) - Added this myself. Best way to avoid fluoride altogether.

How do you stack up? Me, Third-eye open-wide, unblind!

I have a major bad right from the off: Have to take Warfarin which inhibits Vit K so no Activator X for me!

I was a Motorcycle Mechanic for 25 years and then I had Two Strokes....Hahaha's (Heaps of Humour Alleviates Stress) and since there are not, and will never be, any Three Strokes (how the Hemoglobin Helvetica would that work?) I was very reluctantly convinced to take Rat Poison!

(Don't waste any time telling me about other blood thinners (rat poison does not even thin the blood-its stops it from being able to coagulate) as I have researched it all and Warfarin has the advantage that you can measure accurately (constant blood tests) when blod clots are very unlikely=its the fine line between walking around and dissolving)

So all that means is I have to be more vigilant with the rest as Warfarin contains Sodium Fluoride too, so this list is a great reminder!

Dietary Hormones most likely refers to all the Endocrine (hormone) disruptors of which there are literally thousands inundating us and which can undo all your effort given that hormones are essentially the body's communication system so disrupting that would be  like being targeted by the Universal Sanction Association (USA).

You basically can't trust any plastics, even DVD's & CD's. You know about receipts I guess but did you know about "hygiene" products? Airliner Interiors, hair dryers, heaters-never touch them when hot! Food wrappings & containers, sprays like fly spray, weedkiller and even food (commercial "Chicken"). Another reason to never buy anything prefab unless thats all there is or you are starving.

I didn't know they cause calcification of the cyclops too, so maybe its because I have been very careful with the above (threw away all "hygiene" scheise in the 80's-NEVER drunk water from a plastic bottle unless I was dying) that I still don't need glasses to see the MAN hiding behind the curtain.
