When taking high-dose vitamin D3, it’s important to also take extra vitamin K2 and magnesium to avoid complications associated with excessive calcification

Music that reduces anxiety by 65 percent

This is great news for music lovers, and even greater news for the billions of us who are over-stressed by the daily grind of the nine-to-five meat-mill.

Marconi Union, in collaboration with sound therapists at Mindlab International, created a song called Weightless. It was actually designed to reduce anxiety by carefully mixing harmonies, rhythms, and basslines in unique ways.

The song worked better than they thought it would. It induced a greater state of relaxation than any other music tested to date, according to Dr. David Lewis-Hodgson. It significantly lowers the stress hormone cortisol, while reducing anxiety by 65 percent and lowering psychological resting states by 35 percent. The ultimate brain hack. They even made a ten-hour version! Check it out here.

Mindfulness meditation:

You don’t have to be a Yogi to reap the health benefits of mindfulness meditation. It turns out that your brain is being molded in profoundly beneficial ways by daily meditation practices.

Mindfulness meditation has been around for literally thousands of years, and there’s a reason for that: it works. It’s the granddaddy of brain health. Through science we’re starting to get a better understanding of why it is so beneficial. Everyday more research is drawing a clearer link between meditation and human health.

Here’s a list of five interesting health benefits of mindfulness meditation…

1.) Stress and pain relief.

2.) Increased gray matter and neuroplasticity.

3.) Increased focus.

4.) Increased empathy.

5.) Better sleep.

People as diverse as David Lynch and the Dalai Lama have praised the benefits of mindfulness meditation, asserting that it can increase attention, combat stress, and boost overall health. As the great Jiddu Krishnamurti asserted, “Meditation is not a means to an end. It is both the means and the end.”

It's not expensive. It's costing me $10 a month.

Yes, telomeres... it's all about the Buckminsterfullerene shape of the molecule. It's very intuitive... shape wise.

Not sure I can afford it at 2.5mls a day.  Liquid gold?

Can I have your source for C60 Cat

Really excited to hear you get so much out of it - the first I heard of it was from Clif high! Go figure.  He raved about it.

COrrect me if Im wrong, but C60 helps lengthen the  telomeres

Hi Rose,

I got the C60 on Amazon, and looked there for dosage. Since the makers are trying to avoid the FDA, it say's do not ingest on the bottle! I shouldn't of consulted Amazon, because people will write anything. One guy was taking 4 tbsp a day. Following someone's advice, I took a double dose of one tsp a day for a week. As a hypersensitive that is unadvised. The first day I was in a bad mood, because it was changing what felt like my whole metabolism. Then I got the energy it promises, but soon after my legs started cramping, which was the overdose effect. I did more research and found out a 1/2 tsp is a better dose. Since then I feel great! More energy, faster metabolism. I will keep taking it. I also ran acrosss this which I may try as well:

Just had a lump found in my rectum, biopsy taken and due for an MRI scan on 29.1.  I'm not scared, but need to be realistic.  Any natural remedies out there you can point me to.  I am thinking get the lump taken away if possible, but no chemo or radiation and really cleaning up my act toxin wise.  Advice?
