Could there be good reason for this outcome? Yeah yeah..lies lies and damn statistics...Perhaps women never wanted to 'lead' in the first place but rather take 'work alongside' roles instead. Meanwhile Happy International Women's Day not that yours truly feels the need for one personally, but if it helps raise awareness.. Every day I strive to make it a good one.
