This excellent post by Sarah deserves a lot more comments. Glad to see it featured. This is a truth that we are able to do something about. The proof is when Trans-fat pushers (Heart Foundation Australia Inc) decide their sales are down far enough now that they have to include some portion of real food in their product.

In Oz, Diabetes Australia and the equally criminal Heart Foundation are being fried to a crspy bacon rind over their lies, the criminals. People have died following their dirty high carb, low fat diet$.

Insight Ep4, 2016: Beating Diabetes (full episode)

Catalyst's - A Gut Reaction is also worthy viewing.

Interestingly, Flora Margarine has now added reduced sat fat BUTTER to it's blend. Still slow learners. Our brain needs saturated fat. I live on butter, ghee, full fat coconut cream and have reduced my renal hypertension from 158/96 (last Sept) to 88/64 (March 2016).

Can we actually believe anything we are told by these "experts"?

They change there tune on everything every so many years, except they never say a thing about the real poisons in our food, the chemicals, herbicides, and toxins............no they keep quite on that, only tell us never to trust nature.

Never believed the gossip of egg haters. when my body craved the nutrients in the yolk and now we know how many good things we need are in their. Granted we used to eat our eggs drenched in heavy fried fats, but  there are other ways to cook them. I was raised on raw eggs and raw milk egg nog as during my teen years its one way my Mom could get me to eat before rushing off to school early for what ever pre school activity I was involved with . When one had their own cows and chickens, then we already shared any germs around. Now that  is not advocated....  Linda joy Adams
