Bone broth has gotten so much good press lately. My sister worked with it for a time. Personally, I've been thinking how it might be a good idea to stop eating flesh altogether. There is something so.....dark and demented....about the way animals are raised and processed.....as if they are not living/feeling creatures. People who work in these industries must feel conflicted....at least in some small way.
Going vegetarian wouldn't be for my health. It would be to stop participating in the industrialized cruelty, torture and slaughter of animals. Every way I can NOT participate is a speck of energy against the machine....the beast. And the beast loves it's blood....the most energetically powerful fluid in the world.
I'm not there yet. We are eating only local meats where we know how they have been raised, but it makes sense to back away from the blood letting.
Any vegetarians out there?
Really good interview, thank you for sharing. With the health issues I've been dealing with I'm going to try this :)
