China is set to introduce maximum residue limits (MRLs) of 200 parts per billion (ppb) or lower for glyphosate in all imported final food products and raw materials including grains, soybeans and other legumes before the end of 2019, according to Sustainable Pulse sources.

The Chinese introduction of low MRLs, which are officially based on health concerns following the classification of glyphosate as a probable human carcinogen in 2015 by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, has been expected by both U.S. and Australian farming organizations for some time.

China’s action would likely decrease the global use of glyphosate as a desiccant. The practice, known as desiccating, pre-harvest spraying or crop topping, is favored by many ‘conventional’ farmers as a way to hasten the even ripening of grains, such as wheat, oats and barley, as well as legumes and other crops such as sunflowers and potatoes, even though it is not a recommended use of the increasingly controversial weedkiller. Desiccation leads to higher levels of the herbicide in harvested crops and final food products.

Heart Unfriendly Things To Avoid

No discussion of preventing cardiac mortality would be complete without discussing things that need to be removed in order to reduce risk, such as:

  • NSAIDs: Drugs like aspirin, ibuprofen, and Tylenol, have well-known association with increased cardiac mortality. Review six studies on the topic here: NSAID Cardiotoxicity.
  • Statin Drugs: It is the height of irony that the very category of drugs promoted to millions globally as the standard of care for primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease and cardiac mortality are actually cardiotoxic agents, linked to no less than 300 adverse health effects. Statin drugs have devastating health effects. Explore the research here: Statin Drug Health Effects.
  • Wheat: while this connection is rarely discussed, even by those who promote grain-free and wheat free diets, wheat has profound cardiotoxic potential, along with over 200 documented adverse health effects: Wheat Toxicity. And why wouldn't it, when the very countries that eat the most of it have the highest rate of cardiovascular disease and heart-related deaths? For an in-depth explanation read our article: Wheat's Cardiotoxicity: As Serious As A Heart Attack.

So with you info in mind, those with cronhs and other autommune disorders should be depressed; "Tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin."  Many people with gut disorders are depressed, but to be honest, when that pain is so intense, depression is inevitable.
Today I am unmedicated for cronhs and am healthier and happier than ever.  Not in remmison yet but are managing it well.  Serotonin levels are higher than ever with pain completely under control. It is true that I can not eat roundup'd fruit and veg and no longer do, but could pain and pharma medications have more to do with the lack of production of Tryptophan than glyphosate?  I do not advocate or consume Glyphosate in any way.

Just a thought.

Great info - thanks from one who cares ♥

When our gut bacteria are functioning they provide from the food they help digest certain amino acids that our bodies can't produce. Coincidentally enough, those three amino acids are tryptophan, tyrosine, and phenylalanine. Here's some of what they do for us:

Tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin. Although you may associate serotonin with the brain and its lack with depression, the majority of serotonin--90% of it--is made in the digestive tract. As a gut neurotransmitter, serotonin affects nerves that power smooth-muscle function and blood flow; it's also involved in bone modeling and metabolic balance. When the gut is inflamed, serotonin is involved in immunity and angiogenesis. Low serotonin is associated with such gut disorders as inflammatory-bowel and celiac disease.
Made from phenylalanine, tyrosine is more or less a breeder of neurotransmitters that communicate within us. In addition to alertness, learning, and memory, tyrosine is necessary for thyroid function. Many people with autoimmune diseases also have thyroid problems.
Phenylalanine is used to produce proteins and other molecules, some of which enable signaling in the body. It comes in two slightly different molecular forms, one of which is used in the making of substances such as aspartame. More bad press arises from the inability of those who lack a certain enzyme to metabolize dietary phenylalanine.

When gut bacteria are exposed to glyphosate, they are unable to produce those amino acids.

Thanks for those links fellas.

Fasting is hugely underated medicine. Don't wear sunglasses because we know that light feeds us, just not dispilined enough to completely feed on light - not to mention the far to many geoengineered day's eh Plowboy?  I watch people cover there eyes and wonder why. Kinda like putting rubber on the soles of our feet - total disconnect to the earth.

We love beans so while we talk about beans, remeber folks,  it it the bumbelbees that pollinate the beans. They have the long tounge to do the job. If you have a bad bean season, check out the health of the pollinators.

Hiram Rattan Manik claims that sunlight can be converted into necessary nourshment in the body...he had three strict fastings, during which he had just sun energy and only water and was under the control and observation

of various science and medical teams. http://solarhealing.com/about/  I did the procedure, but I still had to eat. Lots of cloudy days and missed days may have been a factor.
