Went through my Tower car policy blurb. Nothing like this. No terrorists or nukes!

Ha!  Just looked at one of our policies (full coverage through National General in the USSA) and it has similar verbiage replicated through numerous sections in the document.  Not sure what all the nuclear/atomic energy liability section 9. Is about but something tells me no one is liable for anything nuclear.  Ever.  It doesn’t specifically mention the word terror but the exclusions for declared/undeclared war, civil war, insurrection, rebellion/revolution, radioactive contamination or radiation are under every category and could pretty much cover everything.   Or they just figure the USSA is more likely to have rebellion and NZ is more likely to be nuked by brown men?  And 15. Has exclusions from liability if I am breaking the law.  Well…what if the laws are illegal and you cant go 10 feet without breaking one or 5?  What if the LEO is trying to kill me…am I covered then?  Another point of interest on this particular page is C. under section 12.  What do they mean by demonstration?  They don’t specifically say a car demonstration so I wonder if I show up to protest some scumbag politician (not that I do that anymore) am I liable if something happens to my truck from tyrannical smoke bomb launching cops just because it is parked at a “demonstration”?  Damn you Bill for making me read the fine print!

This disturbs me no end. My Sister was a Big Cheese in the AA - I'm going to pick  her brains on this.

Printing it for reference... will use it as a conversation starter.

Hi Rose.... its a scan of one page of AA insurance new full vehicle insurance policy. . at the end of reading the policy it left me wondering what part of the vehicle was actually insured ??  I understand that AA is a NZ company and NZ is Nuclear free ? but evidently not.
