This unprecedented naval 'war game' in Auckland harbour brought U.S. warships for the first time in over 30 years and with them the 'next generation' of geo-physical/planetary weaponization technologies. The entire scenario of this quake bore an uncanny resemblance to the quakes that destroyed Christchurch in February of 2011. Eye-witness accounts reveal that naval as well as seismic vessels were seen in the Kaikoura well before, during and after the quake. This 'war-game' was ostensibly to address 'non-traditional security threats' which in the world of today means translates as 'terrorism at any level using anything other than box-cutters or guns' = geo-physical warfare = environmental modification, weather warfare and artificial earth-quakes.
 
Shortly after the Kaikoura quake was one of the largest whale strandings in NZ's history, at Farewell Spit on the north end of the south island, not far from Kaikoura and the massive amount of 'anomalous' radio-frequency/EMF activity monitored there at that time.

One of over 30 military warships coming to Auckland on 15 November, the USS SAMPSON IS ARMED TO THE TEETH WITH NEXT GENERATION MICROWAVE WEAPONS AS WELL AS DU and HARPOON missiles.
 
Few people are aware of the level that the 'electric navy' has gone to with microwave and EMR weapons systems. The deck of a modern destroyer is unmanned because a person would be fried by the intensity of the microwaves in use. Marine biologist Terry Lilley who has been monitoring RIMPAC in Hawai'i said that they are called 'destroyers' because wherever they go, everything dies. These technologies are responsible for massive coral reef destruction off of Kauai and for kelp bed destruction off of southern California; this is the likely fate of kelp beds in the Hauraki Gulf after Mahi Tangaroa.
Another dimension of microwave technologies is its application in mind and 'crowd' control operations. I was in Darwin in April 2010 when a similar US vessel was there for a week. My partner and I both felt a very palpable feeling of dread, a kind of energetic pall over the whole area that week as if they were broadcasting some kind of energy that gave people a psychic lobotomy. This was 6 years ago, the power levels on all this would be significantly higher now.
 
The USS SAMPSON is an AEGIS-CLASS (ARLEIGH-BURKE) DESTROYER not nuclear powered but ARMED TO THE TEETH WITH THE LATEST IN MICROWAVE WEAPONS not to mention 56 Tomahawk cruise missiles and others which are bound to had DU ('depleted uranium') if not micro-nuke (5 KT or less yield) warheads.
 
THIS IS WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR: THE LOCKHEED-MARTIN AN / SPY-ID 3D phased array radar, operating at E / F band, the RAYTHEON AN/SLQ-32(V)3 electronic countermeasures system, and the Lockheed Martin SQQ-89(V)6, sonar system, which includes Edo Corporation AN / SQS-53C bow-mounted active search and attack sonar and the AN / SQR-19B passive towed array.
 
One of Terry's friends in Kauai said that several of their high-end fishing boats had their electronics blown out just from being within a couple kilometers of US naval destroyers.

There are 20 odd countries doing an exercise (Defence) in the top of the south island (including kaikoura) using land sea air and cyber all together Sandi hence the current weather. They need their test puppies to practice on.  A good time to stay away from facebook. 

They were in Greymouth a few days ago - the weathers been utter crap since they arrived.

The yellow and blue map is Met Service. Yellow is light precipitation, blue is heavy (more or less).  The beam you see is visible manifestation of the frequency, that directs the energy, that move the weather systems etc.

Can anyone tell me what the yellow and the blue are on this map of the South Island there is no explanation. I see the yellow line starting from near me at Culverden and following the line of the fault ruptures

October 2017, nobody knows why dozens of Octopus walked out of the sea in Wales and perished.

The scientists all speculate but nobody seems to consider electromagnetic frequencies could be a factor. Despite the fact any halfway decent scientist should know we live in an electromagnetic universe.

Hi Sandi,

The Kaikoura quake was certainly more of a rock'n'roller than the Chch Feb 22 shake, but I certainly didn't feel any illness, in fact the kids never woke up and Nicky and I went back to sleep. Only to be awakened and "evicted" two hours later, into a scenario that would have led to certain doom had the tsunami threat been real!

Considering that NZ is a highly seismically active place I don't believe there was any necessity to "manufacture" any earthquakes, but I'm 100% certain there was FOREKNOWLEDGE and a concerted effort to make sure these quakes had the desired effect. Quite possibly, man made interference "triggered" the quakes to enhance and "time" them for maximum impact.

WOW  Thats given me some home work!!!  Thanks.  Can I also just ask.... did anyone else feel 'sea sick" for hours after the Kaikoua quake?   I knowthe house was rolling like a ship in the high seas for a few seconds but surely we should not feel so sick for so many hours afterwards. Did anyone else take note of this as it did not happen after the CHCH quakes but I am 100 kms from CHCH but 25 kms to the epicentre of the Kaikoura one  I think that both were man made and there is stuff in CHCH that I understand came off the ice that can cause these quakes such is the ET technology they have found.

The quake happened on the 14th Nov 2016  so we have a few more days to go until the anniversary but indeed it was on the November full moon.
The quake was originally reported as 6.6 - and then finally upgraded to a massive 7.8 quake which was felt ALL OVER NZ.

There were 18 warships on the east coast in the 'curtain of fog'
