Trump’s Neocons Reverse His Syria Withdrawal Plan

"I’m starting to wonder whether President Trump has any power over US foreign policy at all. Many people believe that the US president is just a figurehead, with actual foreign policy firmly in the hands of the deep state. Trump’s latest dramatic U-turn on pulling troops from Syria certainly feeds such theories.”

Bolton ignores Trump at Israel’s request

Republicans push recognition of Israeli annexation of Golan

"As the Senate considers a bipartisan defense of the Israeli government from boycotts, senior Republicans are urging the Trump administration to recognize Israel’s claims of sovereignty over the occupied Golan Heights. As recognized by international law, the Golan Heights is Syrian territory captured by Israel in 1967 along with the Palestinian West Bank and Gaza Strip, and Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, from which Israel eventually withdrew. After Israel claimed to annex the Golan Heights in 1981, the UN Security Council declared the move “null and void and without international legal effect.”

Neocon control of the Whitehouse continues to grow

Typhoid John Spreads Neocon Infection at the White House

"While the corporate media doubled down on the prospect of Trump’s wall emergency, the neocon infection inside the floundering Trump administration spread. John Bolton appointed one of his buddies from the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) to a key post. Richard Goldberg is an ideal selection for a neocon-ized National Security Council, a forum created in 1947 as then President Truman went about building the national security state. The NSC drives US foreign policy—and with Bolton stomping around the White House unbound, that foreign policy is primarily about Israel and its enemies, although emphasis is shifting ominously toward confrontation with China and Russia."

US will 'assure' Israel's security before Syria pullout

"Speaking to reporters leading up to talks with Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Bolton said the pullout would be done in a way that guaranteed the ISIL "is defeated and is not able to revive itself and become a threat again”. And it would be carried out in such a way as to "make sure that the defence of Israel and our other friends in the region is absolutely assured, and to take care of those who have fought with us against ISIS and other terrorist groups,”

Is the US leaving Syria so Israel can better provoke a war with Iran?

Israel to escalate fight against Iran in Syria after U.S. exit - Netanyahu

“We will continue to act very aggressively against Iran’s efforts to entrench in Syria,” Netanyahu said in televised remarks, referring to an Israeli air campaign in Syria against Iranian deployments and arms transfers to Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas, carried out with Moscow often turning a blind eye. “We do not intend to reduce our efforts. We will intensify them, and I know that we do so with the full support and backing of the United States.”

Israel Strikes Syria In First Attack After US Announces Pullout

"On Christmas Day, Israel launched what Bloomberg described as its first airstrike in Syria since President Trump's "shocking" announcement that he would withdraw all US troops from Syrian territory (to the disgust of US national security officials and every neo-con anywhere). The strike targeted an ammunition depot in the Damascus countryside believed to belong either to Iran's Revolutionary Guard, or its Lebanon-based proxy Hezbollah.”

Report: Israel Tried to Trick Syria Into Shooting Down Civilian Airliners In Christmas Day Attack

“Provocative acts by the Israeli Air Force endangered two passenger jets when six of their F-16s carried out airstrikes on Syria from Lebanese airspace,” RT quoted the spokesman as saying. According to Konashenkov, the Syrian Arab Air Defense Forces (SyAADF) delayed the deployment of surface-to-air missiles and electronic jamming “to prevent a tragedy.” Meanwhile, the Damascus air traffic control diverted one of the passenger jets to a reserve airport in Khmeimim in southern Lattakia.

I don’t believe Syria was ever our enemy. It is Israel which occupies the Golan Heights and seeks Syrian destruction.

Marco Rubio Panics Over Trump’s Syria Withdrawal: ‘Turns Syria Over to Israel’s Greatest Enemies’

“Hasty withdrawal from #Syria will cause Kurds & SDF to end fight against ISIS & turns Syria over to Israel’s greatest enemies,” Rubio said. “This is a terrible mistake. It will have grave consequences for the U.S. & Israel & great benefit for ISIS, Iran & Hezbollah.”

~~~Syria has never attacked America
President Assad: Syria is ready to co-operate with Donald Trump
"Embattled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is “ready” to cooperate with the US President-elect Donald Trump, one of Mr Assad’s advisers has said.”
~~~America is not attacked by Israel’s enemies

No terrorist attacks post 9/11 by people from countries in Trump's travel ban?

"The various people who have, in fact, committed terrorist acts in this country, from 9/11 on, none of them came from any of the seven countries that are the subject of the president's executive order," Nadler said in a CNN interview Jan. 28. "If you really want to protect this country, why are Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey left out of the order? Most of the 9/11 conspirators came from Saudi Arabia.”

~~~Though we have a plethora of evidence of whom pulled off 9/11, America remains at war with whomever is Israel’s enemy of the month. Why?
General Wesley Clark: Wars Were Planned - Seven Countries In Five Years
Comment by Patricia Tursi on January 9, 2019 at 2:54
The People have power, but I guess we can give up hope of them demanding anything for themselves.  If we are poor,  we want to lay around on welfare, or don't work hard enough, or are too dumb, or are unlucky.  If the US does not  desire health care for all, why do we give 10.5 million per day to a country who provides free health care for all its citizens?  The US should not send military into or bomb a sovereign country, period.  The release of plans by Gen Wesley Clark that the US planned to take out 7 Mid East Countries exemplifies the SOP of US Regime change, either overtly, or using covert intell operatives The School of the Americas in Fort Benning, GA taught methods of terror, torture & regime overthrow.  I am ashamed of being a US Citizen (American refers to any citizen or the American Continent).   But I can't name a country I would be proud to claim.  Maybe it's the Human Race, or as the Vedic Writings reveal, perhaps it's the vibrational Yuga that we are in.  Some predict that Humans will be extinct in s few years & will be be part of Singularity, with computer nano bots hooking us up to the big compter & we will be tranhumans.
The US war against Syria was one that people almost stopped. President Obama was unable to get Congress to authorize the war in 2013, but the Pentagon and foreign policy establishment, who have long wanted to control Syria, pushed forward with war anyway.
It has been a disaster. The war has resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths and injuries as well six million people displaced within the country and five million people who have fled the country.
The people were right, and the military was wrong. The war on Syria never should have happened and now must end.
President Trump announced withdrawal from Syria this week. This creates an opportunity to end the war on Syria. We have work to do to make peace a reality.
SHAMEFUL THAT THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS HAS FALLEN SO FAR   demanding an oath to a FOREIGN POWER...or else you can't work there???  Wait just a minute...those are OUR TAX DOLLARS PAYING SALARTIES---NOT ISRAELI'S.
are you a groveler?  Our Governor & representatives are ...but I never thought we would be led this far ASTRAY to allow it.
Pledging allegiance to a foreign country is grounds for losing citizenship the way I see it...I'd deport them all....much less being able to hold public office.  Love Israel so much?---move there.
10.5 MILLION A DAY TO ISRAEL--I question the sanity and the loyalty to our own country if people are OK with it...meanwhile our own homeless population grows but nobody seems to  care.
At what point does this become treason?  Gov. Abbott is history with me---I'll never vote for him again.  Are you trying to turn Texas blue voting for him.  Cruz came close to losing because CONSERVATIVES do not agree with this GLOBALISM & insist on America 1st.
